American Robin calls for Spring

Hello everyone..
The second day of Spring and we are in the midst of a snow storm..
Not complaining though as we have not had much snow and it won't
last..

Here in Eastern Canada one of the first signs of Spring is our darling Robin.!
Hope you enjoy it's song...

Have a great week my friends...

  1. Music to my ears, Faye. I can't wait to hear that sound. I have heard and seen red-winged blackbirds last week which is also a lovely sound. We got over 20cm. of snow here today and it is still snowing a bit. When the wind picks up it will be blowing around like crazy and drifting. We got kind of spoiled the past month with no snow. Thanks for sharing the video. xo Pam

  2. Loved the robin song....Hope your snow does not last and you can enjoy more of the birds and Spring. We are loving our warm weather here in Alabama but they are calling for cold night tonight. I covered up my little garden just in case :) Happy Spring Faye!

  6. The Robin in our state bird. You know the old saying..."it has to snow on a Robin's back 3 times before you can say it is Spring." Here...tomorrow we are expecting 8" of snow...it will be the 3rd time since I saw a Robin in my yard.
